This role is for someone who sees the physical environment as an extension of the resident experience. You don't just fix things; you present them. You don't just complete work orders; you inspect your own work the way a guest would.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
All maintenance operations: service requests, preventive maintenance, make-ready preparation, and on-call rotation Presentation standards for all physical spaces — amenities, corridors, mechanical areas, and grounds must reflect a Class A+ community at all times Turn process leadership: make-ready units prepared to a move-in-ready standard with attention to detail in every room Vendor coordination and quality control; work is not complete until it meets the community standard Inventory management, supply ordering, and budget awareness Mentoring and directing maintenance technician(s) to uphold team standards
WHO YOU ARE
3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience, including supervisory responsibility HVAC-certified (EPA 608); EPA 608 Universal preferred; CPO / Swimming Pool Operations knowledge Strong general trade skills: plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, and paint Hospitality-oriented — you take personal ownership of how the property looks and feels Organized and efficient; capable of managing multiple priorities without dropping the visual standard Your craftsmanship will show — every single day.
