For the Maintenance Lead role within Valmont we are looking for a highly driven individual to perform and mentor skilled technical work in areas of installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment. We are looking for a highly driven individual that will, while working under the direct supervision of the Production Supervisor, direct all activities regarding maintenance and facility maintenance operations at their site. This is done within prescribed codes, and according to prescribed procedures, specifications, and drawings. This Lead role has a wide electromechanical knowledge and high degree of proficiency.

Friday to Sunday - 5pm-5am (Tulsa Location)

Days:

Monday to Friday 7am-3:30pm (Claremore Location) Essential Functions + Must be able to perform all job activities related to the employee's current maintenance classification at a high level + Responsible for making sure that all maintenance employees are using and wearing all required PPE for their specific duties + Responsible for reporting all injuries that transpire on the shift to the Supervisor and the EHS Manager as soon as possible + Understand the goals for their respective department and drive the team to meet or surpass those goals + Assist the Supervisor to coordinate the maintenance employees to complete repairs and special projects to meet goals within the department and the site + Coach and motivate the crew to perform at their highest level + Help introduce and drive Lean techniques and methodologies + Understand and drive cost reduction efforts within the de To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
