  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Staff member to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation, safety, and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment across various areas, including manufacturing, residential properties, and commercial facilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills, leadership abilities, and customer service mindset to support our operational excellence. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, PTAC units, and building infrastructure. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters. Conduct repairs or painting projects as needed to maintain facility aesthetics and safety standards. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule future tasks. Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is completed efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal guest's requests promptly and professionally. Support team members in manufacturing or residential settings, demonstrating leadership qualities and supervising maintenance activities. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field within manufacturing or residential environments. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience; familiarity with schematics and troubleshooting techniques. Hands-on problem-solving skills along with residential painting experience are highly desirable. Prior supervisory or leadership experience in maintenance teams is preferred. Knowledge of CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting is advantageous. Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
