We value individuals who are reliable, positive, and self-starting, and who are committed to serving with excellence, purpose, and heart. ________________________________________ Position Summary The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance Department to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained facility. This role oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, supervises maintenance staff, supports regulatory compliance, and helps maintain a comfortable environment for residents and employees. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support maintenance staff, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems. Ensure compliance with Life Safety Code requirements and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Conduct routine facility inspections and address safety concerns. Respond to maintenance emergencies and participate in on-call rotation. Maintain maintenance records, inspection logs, and compliance documentation. Manage maintenance supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. Support fire safety, disaster preparedness, and emergency response initiatives. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical or trade certification preferred. Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience required. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Experience in healthcare, long-term care, or regulated facilities strongly preferred. What We're Looking For Knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety standards.
