6am - 3pm, Monday - Friday (After hours On-call)

The Kleane Kare Team, Inc. The Kleane Kare Team, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Onsite Chief Engineer to lead facility operations as a master-level, working supervisor . This position is responsible for hands-on operation, maintenance, and oversight of critical building systems while providing technical leadership to maintenance personnel. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep mechanical expertise who thrives in a hands-on leadership environment. As the Onsite Chief Engineer, you will: Serve as the senior technical authority for all facility systems and equipment Perform hands-on troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and optimization of building systems Inspect and oversee all Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities and mechanical repairs Conduct critical equipment condition assessments and provide repair/replacement reports to the Project Manager Train and mentor journeyman and apprentice-level personnel Oversee operation and maintenance of: Siemens BAS (Building Automation Systems)

NCMMS / CMMS

systems Boilers and chillers (100+ tons) HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical infrastructure Ensure full compliance with OSHA, safety protocols, and contract requirements

Required Experience:

5+ years (within the past 7 years) directing facility equipment operation and maintenance in a supervisory capacity 2+ years (within the past 5 years) working with Siemens BAS, CMMS/NCMMS, boilers, and chillers over 100 tons Proven expertise in troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of building-specific systems

Technical Knowledge:

Building Automation Systems (BAS) HVAC, water treatment, boilers, chillers Generators, electrical distribution, plumbing, mechanical systems Preventive and corrective maintenance
