The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming facility, and enjoys providing outstanding customer service. This hands-on position requires someone who can work independently, identify maintenance needs, and ensure the property remains safe, attractive, and well-maintained. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily facility maintenance and groundskeeping, including lawn care and landscaping. Operate, maintain, and perform small mechanical repairs on equipment and utility vehicles. Maintain an organized workshop and ensure all tools and walkways are safe and clean. Monitor conditions and promptly address or report any maintenance or safety issues. Support event setup, property improvements, and ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Experience in facility maintenance, groundskeeping, landscaping, or a related field preferred. Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment. Experience operating lawn mowers, tractors, four-wheel vehicles, and power equipment. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be able to pass a background check.
