Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to lead our outdoor maintenance team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee landscape care projects, manage crew operations, and ensure the highest standards of groundskeeping. Duties Supervise daily landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, planting, pruning, and hardscape upkeep. Lead and manage a crew of grounds maintenance technicians to complete projects efficiently and safely. Oversee irrigation system operation, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal water management. Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to maintain healthy landscapes and advise on horticultural best practices. Coordinate construction projects related to landscaping or hardscape installations. Operate company vehicles and grounds equipment responsibly to perform outdoor work tasks effectively. Ensure all safety protocols are followed during outdoor work and equipment operation. Requirements Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping roles. Strong knowledge of lawn care, landscaping techniques, plant identification, and horticulture principles. Experience with irrigation management, hardscape installation, tree care, and gardening practices. Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment safely and efficiently. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple projects. Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions with a focus on grounds maintenance excellence.
