Under limited supervision, manages maintenance employees and oversees repairs, equipment installation, and preventative building and equipment maintenance. Manages maintenance employees and oversee automated technology. 2. Troubleshoots problems with Human-Machine Interface and Programmable Logic Controllers. 3. Maintains employee relations and evaluates job performance. 4. Conducts preventative maintenance and follow-through. 5. Makes repairs using a Business Planning and Control System. 6. Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices. 7. Regular attendance and punctuality is required due to working with people, items and equipment that are at the facility. Job Specifications 1. 10+ years maintenance experience is required. 2. Electrical mechanical experience is preferred. 3. Basic computers skills are required. 4. Training experience is preferred. 5. English/Spanish bilingual is a plus. Working Conditions 1. Refrigerated food manufacturing plant. 2. The environment may be wet or dry and temperatures may range from 25°F to 110°F. 3. Frequent exposure to hazardous material and conditions. 4. Occasional lifting, kneeling, and bending with items in excess of 100 lbs is required. 5. Travel 5% of the time. 6. Production demands may require and/or evening or weekend scheduling. This position is eligible for a bonus based on company goals/performance.
