$70 - 80k DOE Position Summary We're seeking a Maintenance Operations Planner to support maintenance and reliability activities within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance work to maximize equipment uptime, improve efficiency, and support production objectives. Responsibilities Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and long-range maintenance schedules. Create, review, and prioritize maintenance work orders. Coordinate labor, materials, tools, and spare parts required for planned work. Adjust schedules based on production demands, equipment needs, and resource availability. Facilitate planning meetings with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams. Monitor spare parts inventory and support procurement activities. Communicate planned maintenance activities and potential operational impacts. Track maintenance performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or coordination within a manufacturing, industrial, facilities, or semiconductor environment. Proficiency with

CMMS/EAM

systems, preferably Maximo. Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP. Working knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices. Ability to interpret technical documents, equipment records, and work instructions. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and spare parts inventory. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Degree, technical certification, or related training in Engineering, Maintenance, Facilities Management, or a related field. Mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, or industrial maintenance background. Training or certification in maintenance planning, scheduling, or reliability practices.
