We are looking for an experienced Welder/Fabricator who can manage others and maintain shop standards. We are looking for a Shop Foreman who can: Communicate effectively and work in a team environment Manage multiple projects and oversee the work of others Read and interpret shop drawings and sketches Accurately layout and assemble & fit with efficiency Identify material shapes & profiles, parts, holes and welds Lay high-quality welds on both light gage and heavy structural components Pass GMAW and FCAW weld certification tests Safely operate shop equipment, tools, power tools and material handling equipment Maintain attention to details Provide a clean driving record and valid driver's license Employment references are required Pass a drug test
