Job Description
Job Overview Join our team as a Commercial Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead and take charge of maintaining outdoor spaces for our clients. In this energetic role, you will lead a dedicated crew, oversee daily landscaping operations. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of landscape maintenance technicians to execute routine lawn care, planting, pruning, irrigation management, and seasonal cleanups. Oversee daily landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, fertilizing, and pest control to ensure pristine appearance and health of all landscaped areas. Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers to ensure proper care and health; diagnose issues related to pests or diseases promptly. Supervise crew members' safety practices, provide training on equipment use and landscape techniques, and promote a safe working environment at all times. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance. Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor landscape care, ability to manage time effectively. Knowledge of lawn care techniques. Ability to motivate team members while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Physical ability to perform outdoor labor including lifting heavy equipment or materials as needed for landscape maintenance tasks.
