Job Description

Almac Group is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Audubon, PA location. The Maintenance Manager is a key operational leadership role within the Pharma Services business. The role will be responsible for contributing to the achievement of business unit KPIs through supporting operational and engineering teams in the operation and maintenance of process equipment throughout their lifecycle. The role will be directly responsible for the management of the maintenance staff in Audubon. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Drive the operational maintenance readiness of production equipment through effective preventative maintenance, efficient response to unplanned down-time, and proactive problem solving. Lead the maintenance team through a hands-on approach that ensures training compliance, professionalism, and expertise are prioritized and coupled with a high level of customer service. Ensure compliance with GMPS and applicable SOPs for all maintenance staff. Ensure safe and efficient maintenance operations are carried out at all times. Lead the maintenance team in a professional manner and contribute and serve as a key leader within the Audubon site.
Qualifications:
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree 3-5 years in a production or maintenance environment
Preferred Education:
Engineering Degree Pharmaceutical or similar regulated industry experience Supervisory Experience What can Almac Group offer you?
