Responsibilities:

Manage and train team members Lead and manage team members to ensure that guests are treated with respect, safety, and quality at all times Manage daily cash flow and ensure bank deposits are made on time Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure a clean and safe working environment Create an environment where all employees feel valued and appreciated

Qualifications:

Previous management experience (1 year minimum) Must be at least 21 years of age or older (with valid Bala Cynwyd, PA driver's license) Able to work in a fast-paced environment Able to communicate effectively with guests and other employees Able to lift up to 50 pounds (with assistance)
