Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:
Oversee contractors and inventory. Assist with and oversee resident work orders in apartments. Schedule and oversee turnover process of vacant apartments. May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed. Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments. Appliance repair. Customer service.
Salt / Snow
removal duties. Rotating On-Call duties.
Requirements:
Prior residential maintenance experience is required. Working cell phone. Excellent customer service and sales skills. Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation. High School Diploma/GED.
