Job Description:
Maintenance Lead Allentown, PA ISC's team of Manufacturing Recruiters is partnering with a stable and growing building products manufacturer to identify an experienced Maintenance Lead for their Allentown, PA area facility. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on maintenance leader with strong troubleshooting expertise across CNC machinery, paint lines, spray booth systems, and manufacturing equipment. This individual will be passionate about equipment reliability, team development, process improvement, and creating a safe, efficient production environment. The company is seeking someone who is proactive, technically strong, collaborative, and motivated for long-term career growth and future leadership advancement opportunities. Maintenance Lead
  • Do you have the following: 3+ years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment, including at least 2 years in a Lead role Experience managing and developing maintenance teams with a minimum of 3 direct reports Hands-on expertise troubleshooting and maintaining CNC machinery, including spindle alignment, lubrication systems, and controls Experience maintaining paint lines, spray booth systems, ventilation, filtration, and automated spray equipment Strong electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC troubleshooting experience Proven ability to establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs Experience supporting fabrication and assembly operations in a manufacturing environment Strong safety mindset with OSHA compliance experience Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills Bilingual skills strongly preferred Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to be hands-on on the production floor Drug Screen•Including THC Maintenance Lead•Our client offers: Stable and growing manufacturing company with strong leadership visibility Excellent opportunity for career growth and future management advancement Collaborative and team-oriented work environment Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, PTO, and 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and additional employee support programs Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate $70k+ DOE + bonus Maintenance Lead•Here's the basics: Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs for CNC machines, paint lines, spray booths, and production equipment Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems to minimize downtime Coordinate maintenance schedules with production leadership to support operational efficiency Maintain maintenance logs, spare parts inventory, and equipment documentation Partner with engineering and operations teams to improve equipment reliability and implement process improvements Support a fast-paced manufacturing operation while driving equipment uptime and plant performance How to
