This role will also help mentor co-op students and support technicians throughout the repair process to ensure efficiency, quality workmanship, and an exceptional customer experience.

Bergey's Detailer Center- Colmar, PA Essential Duties:

Assist with creating and managing supplemental repair estimates Help review and finalize repair charges for accuracy and completeness Provide hands-on support to technicians throughout the repair process Mentor and assist multiple co-op students in a shop environment Perform quality control inspections on completed repairs Assist with touch-up work as needed to maintain repair quality standards Support parts inventory management and receiving processes Help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient shop environment Work closely with production staff to ensure timely vehicle delivery Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Possess a valid Body Shop Estimators license for the state of PA Minimum 3 years of current collision estimating experience is required Valid Driver's License Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening Bergey's is an equal opportunity employer.
