Job Description

Minimum 5 Years Experience in the "Landscape" Management Industry We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Landscape Account Manager to join our team. As a key player in our management / sale organization, the Landscape Account Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic account planning, prospecting, and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, estimation, a passion for building relationships, and a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of landscape client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize revenue opportunities
  • Must estimate job enhancements and provide comprehensive landscape proposals to clients
  • Calculate, track, and manage man-hours on jobs sites to assure efficiency
  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions through site audits
  • Must have and maintain extensive horticulture, turf, and plant knowledge
  • Demonstrate leadership skills by collaborating with team members and providing guidance and support as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, technologies, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge
  • Require to coordinate snow routes and efficient service operations with current clientele
  • Must maintain a clean drivers license and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Remain positive, proactive, drug free, with a professional work ethic
  • Remain flexible to meet clients as needed Skills
  • Proven account management and sales experience, with a strong focus on business development
  • Proficient in computer skillset and Microsoft office
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex sales data and create effective strategies
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and execution strategies
  • Experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Passion for staying current on industry trends and emerging technologies
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$60,000.00
  • $75,000.
