Maintenance Supervisor (Night Shift) We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead overnight maintenance operations within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This position is suited for a hands-on leader who excels at developing technical teams, resolving equipment challenges, and driving performance in safety, quality, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Schedule:
Night Shift | 12-hour rotating schedule Key Responsibilities Lead, support, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians in a continuous-operation production facility. Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities to support operational goals and maximize equipment uptime. Develop team capabilities through coaching, training, and ongoing technical guidance. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and implement effective corrective actions. Collaborate with operations personnel to improve equipment performance, communication, and workflow efficiency. Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and operational procedures. Identify opportunities for process improvements, asset reliability enhancements, and cost reduction initiatives. Monitor maintenance performance metrics and support continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Minimum of five years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of electrical systems, motor controls, automation, and pneumatic equipment. Experience maintaining production, packaging, or processing equipment. Familiarity with programmable control systems and industrial automation platforms preferred. Knowledge of thermal processing, fluid handling, or similar manufacturing processes is beneficial. Demonstrated leadership, troubleshooting, and project coordination abilities. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operational setting.
