Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, engaging Instructor of Industrial Maintenance to join our instructional team on a part time, as needed basis. In this role, you will deliver high quality technical training that prepares adult learners to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment and systems. The ideal candidate brings expertise in mechanical systems, basic electrical components, hydraulics, pneumatics, and preventative maintenance. This position plays a key role in supporting regional manufacturing partners and building a skilled maintenance workforce.Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or related technical field
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Licensing Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License (A valid driver's license is required. Travel within the Central Pennsylvania region may be necessary.)

Varies Preferred Qualifications:
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- 3+ years of experience teaching or training adult learners

Facilitate Instruction- (Essential) Deliver engaging instruction in mechanical systems, basic electrical troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance
- (Essential) Reinforce OSHA safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, hazard recognition, and safe equipment operation
