Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and operational integrity of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong independent working skills, technical expertise in industrial maintenance, and a comprehensive understanding of facilities management. This role involves managing projects, and ensuring all systems, motor vehicles and equipment operate efficiently and safely. The Property Maintenance Manager will play a critical role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and compliance of our property assets. Responsibilities Lead and supervise contractual maintenance staff, including technicians, ensuring timely completion of work orders. Manage facility systems including HVAC, electrical , plumbing, mechanical equipment, motor vehicles, trailers, professional equipment. Maintain cleanliness of all structures internally according to schedule. Coordinate projects related to buildings, rental properties on site, facility upgrades, repairs, or installations with internal teams or external vendors. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and parts inventory. Landscaping and property duties include grass cutting, seasonal landscape rotation, general upkeep, snow removal, etc. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities management or commercial maintenance environments. Mechanical knowledge related to industrial equipment repair and troubleshooting. Familiarity with HVAC systems, electrical troubleshooting and project management principles. Excellent communication skills for effective team coordination and reporting. Knowledge of safety standards related to industrial maintenance. Relevant experience in electrical systems, mechanical maintenance, or facilities management is preferred. $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
