Lead Maintenance Tech Rp Management Inc - 2.9 Macungie, PA Job Details Full-time $25 - $34 an hour 21 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Life insurance Qualifications Driver's License HVAC Certification Full Job Description The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general and specialized maintenance and repairs while applying proficient skills in various maintenance trade disciplines. In addition, the Lead Maintenance Technician will direct the daily activities of the on-site maintenance staff ensuring that priority workload is completed in a timely and proficient manner. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: Developing and ensuring compliance with deferred maintenance programs; Conducting periodic inspections of buildings and apartments for routine maintenance purposes including exterior and interior lighting, grounds, amenities and all common areas; Ordering maintenance supplies with the approval of the Community Manager and maintaining adequate inventory to meet the property's needs; Ensuring compliance of RP Management's policy of completing resident work order requests within a 24-48 hour period; Scheduling, coordinating and performing a wide range of technical maintenance and repair operations in turnovers, including but not limited to HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and appliances; Maintaining grounds on a daily basis; Maintaining and working a routine on-call emergency response schedule; Performing snow removal as required by RP Management's policies and procedures; Attending daily meetings with the Community Manager to set a priority work schedule; Training and development of the on-site maintenance team as needed; Maintaining required records such as material usage, time, production and other reports as required by RP Management's policy and procedures; Maintaining equipment, storage and work areas in a clean and orderly condition; and Ensuring compliance with RP Management's Accident and Illness Prevention Program.
