Job Description

We are seeking an Experienced Residential Maintenance Supervisor for our Luxury apartment, The Royal Worthington, in Malvern PA. The maintenance supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the property maintenance meets the company standards and those set by law. The supervisor will lead a team in diagnosing problems and repairs in life safety systems on site, appliances, carpentry, dry wall, electrical, HVAC, painting touch ups, plumbing, pool etc. He/She will schedule, monitor, and perform ongoing building and property maintenance, and respond to work order requests from residents. He/She will also inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, and work with outside contractors as needed.
Requirements:
This position requires leadership and experience with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a residential maintenance site with at least three (3) of those years in a Supervisor role. Must have experience scheduling turns, ordering, painting and all basic service requests and technical skills associated with a multifamily community (apartment, townhome, condominium). Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure timely completion of tasks. Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff and contractors. Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs. Manage budgets and track expenses related to maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests and concerns. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional approach and excellent customer service skills. Experience with Yardi, Entrata or other mobile and electronic systems for residential property management. A current driver's license and proof of automobile insurance also required. HVAC, electrical, and other relevant certificates or certifications is a plus. This position can require on call, weekend, emergency, and holiday work.
