Job Summary:

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our corporate office and other commercial spaces, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and clients and their employees. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform regular maintenance at our corporate office (interior & exterior) Maintain all company vehicles (interior & exterior) Maintain all cleaning equipment Manage inventory and place order weekly Stock carts daily for cleaners Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition and report any malfunctions. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and timekeeping. Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues. Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues promptly. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in commercial cleaning is required. Training will be provided. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina and ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Reliable transportation. Valid PA Driver's License. Must be able to pass a background check.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Knowledge of different cleaning chemicals and their proper use. Experience operating commercial cleaning equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers, carpet extractors). Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends, as needed.

Pay:

$18.50
