We are currently looking for an Experienced Roofing Repair Technician to handle residential roof repairs throughout the Philadelphia area . This is a full-time, 1099 independent contractor position . We have steady work available every day and are looking for someone interested in a long-term opportunity with an established roofing company. This is not an entry-level roofing position . We need an experienced technician who can independently diagnose roofing issues, determine the proper solution, and perform virtually any type of residential roof repair. Our repair technicians are provided with a daily schedule of appointments. We expect someone who can follow that schedule, arrive on time, communicate professionally with customers, and keep the office informed throughout the day. What We're Looking For Extensive residential roofing and roof repair experience Ability to diagnose and perform all types of residential roof repairs without limitations Dependable truck suitable for daily roofing service work Dependable, punctual, and professional Ability to follow a daily appointment schedule and manage time effectively Excellent customer-service and communication skills Comfortable interacting directly with homeowners Technologically proficient with mobile apps, email, photos, and digital job documentation Highly organized and accountable Positive attitude and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and continually improve Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently without constant supervision Roofing repair experience is required. Responsibilities Run multiple scheduled residential repair appointments throughout the Philadelphia area each day Arrive promptly and professionally for scheduled customer appointments Inspect and accurately diagnose roofing problems Clearly explain findings and recommended repairs to homeowners Provide an excellent customer experience from arrival through completion Assess, document, and whenever possible complete the repair during the same appointment Perform professional, high-quality repairs that meet Elite Roofing standards Take detailed before-and-after photos and properly document all work performed Update each job file accurately and promptly Report the status and results of each appointment to the Repair Manager Communicate immediately with the office regarding scheduling issues, delays, or additional work needed Maintain the tools and materials necessary to complete a wide variety of residential roof repairs Represent Elite Roofing professionally at every customer interaction Position Details Full-Time 1099 Independent Contractor Position Steady Work Available Every Day Consistent daily repair appointments Long-term opportunity with an established roofing company We are looking for someone who understands that being a great repair technician is about more than fixing a roof.
