TITLE:

Manager-Vehicle Planning - (Multiple Openings)

DUTIES:

Lead fleet management, redeployment, and disposal initiatives to support cycling 40k vehicles annually. Produce and present strategic fleet planning analytics and recommendations to leadership throughout the organization. Establish consistent analytical methodology, rigorous application, and clear reporting to ensure output accuracy and efficiency. Lead the team of analysts by setting goals, establishing performance expectations, and maintaining consistent staffing levels. Become versed in state and federal regulations as it relates to our industry/fleet as well as communicate applicable governance and ensure comprehensive fleet compliance in all areas. Optimize processes and methods to align with changing technology to expand capabilities and control related costs. Provide oversight for administrative programs including decal procurement and green hills pool vehicles. Review and approve all used vehicle purchases in support of the S2L and PLB processes. Evaluate purchase cost and corresponding rating to ensure all costs are properly accounted for. Other projects/tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Master's degree in Engineering Management, Business, or related field plus one (1) year of experience as Analyst or any occupation in which the experience was gained.

SPECIAL SKILLS

 Plus demonstrated experience in:

• Application of analytical tools and applied methodology in a mid or large cap corporate business environment;
• SQL or related experience with data extraction software;
• Performance metrics development and presentation;
• Fleet management, vehicle procurement, parts and tires procurement, and used vehicle disposal;
• Data analytics, fleet analysis methodology and standards;
• Manage telematics, decal, and used vehicle procurement expenses to not exceed business plan objectives;
• Vehicle residual forecasting;
• Design, develop, and publish Power BI and Qlik Sense dashboards;
• IBM AS400, Postman, AWS, Microsoft SQL Server Studio, Visual Studio Code, Crystal, and CRD;
• Ivalua purchasing systems;
• Cost variance analysis on rebates and projections vs. actuals;
• Update and distribute large scale fleet management reporting.
