Maintenance Manager About the Role A leading provider of industrial services supporting steel manufacturing operations is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee site maintenance activities. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, driving safety and operational excellence, and leading a high-performing maintenance team in a 24/7 environment. Key Responsibilities Lead daily maintenance operations to ensure safe, reliable equipment performance and minimal downtime Supervise, schedule, and develop maintenance personnel and contractors in a continuous operations setting Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues with a hands-on approach Partner with Operations to prioritize repairs, preventive maintenance, and capital improvement projects Establish and enforce maintenance procedures while ensuring compliance with OSHA and internal safety standards Manage inventory and procurement of parts, tools, and external vendor services to support timely repairs Track maintenance activities, costs, and performance metrics using ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools Qualifications 10+ years of maintenance experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade degree a plus Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Welding experience is a plus Proven leadership, communication, and organizational abilities Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and physical requirements #JDP By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
