a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb;}tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6;}tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5;} Facilities Maintenance Director The Williamsport Home | Williamsport, PA Full-Time | Leadership Opportunity The Williamsport Home, a respected Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) serving seniors in the Williamsport area, is seeking an experienced and hands-on Facilities Maintenance Director to lead our maintenance, grounds, and environmental operations. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled facilities professional to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents by ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained community they proudly call home. What You'll Do As the Facilities Maintenance Director, you will oversee all aspects of facility operations, including: Direct and manage maintenance, grounds, and building systems operations Ensure compliance with all applicable life safety, OSHA, state, and federal regulations Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building infrastructure systems Develop and manage departmental budgets and capital improvement projects Coordinate contractor relationships, bids, and vendor services Lead, mentor, and support maintenance department staff Respond to emergencies and ensure effective after-hours coverage when needed Maintain a safe, attractive, and functional environment for residents, staff, and visitors What We're Looking For Proven experience in facilities maintenance leadership, preferably in healthcare, senior living, long-term care, hospitality, or similar environments Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, and preventive maintenance programs Experience managing budgets, projects, and departmental personnel Understanding of life safety codes, regulatory compliance, OSHA standards, and emergency preparedness Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining exceptional service standards Apply Today If you're ready to lead facility operations at one of the region's premier senior living communities and help ensure a safe, beautiful environment for our residents, we encourage you to apply.
