Responsibilities Job Function:

The Maintenance Team Lead is responsible to Lead, Train and Coach a small group of maintenance technicians in performing plant maintenance safely and effectively. Responsible for performing and leading mechanical, electrical, and electronic plant/equipment maintenance so that production down time is minimized and efficiency is maximized. Support, implement, and maintain food safety and quality practices as required through SQF . Responsible for ensuring the team completes job duties in a manner that supports all plant safety, food safety, quality and environmental practices.
