Mobile Home Park Manager & Maintenance

We are looking for a someone to provide management and maintenance services for a 42 space MHP in West Point, California. Services we need include the following: rents collected and deposited, mowing and landscaping, managing vendors and managing the tenants. Previous experience in property management, sales or customer service and working with rental properties or managing people is a huge plus. All applicants must live within a few miles of the property in West Point, California. This is a part-time, hourly contract/gig (not an offer of employment or benefits) and does not include any housing at the property.
