Full-Time About the Role PMI Cherry Creek is seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Property Maintenance Manager to support our growing residential property management portfolio throughout the Denver metro area. The Property Maintenance Coordinator works closely with the property management team to help keep homes secure, presentable, and move-in ready. Daily responsibilities may include placing lockboxes and rental signs, coordinating keys and property access, assisting with light property tasks, supporting move-ins and move-outs, conducting occasional property showings, and documenting property condition through the RentCheck inspection platform. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, is comfortable working independently in the field, and takes pride in helping properties stay well-maintained and professionally managed. Property Access & Field Support Place and remove lockboxes at rental properties Coordinate and track keys, remotes, garage openers, and access devices Install and remove rental signs as needed Conduct property visits throughout the Denver metro area Move-In & Move-Out Support Conduct move-in and move-out property walkthroughs Take detailed property photos and document property condition using RentCheck Identify cleanliness, maintenance, or safety concerns Confirm homes are show-ready and move-in ready Light Property Maintenance Perform minor property tasks when appropriate Replace light bulbs, batteries, filters, smoke detector batteries, and similar items Report larger repair concerns to management Property Showings Conduct occasional rental showings for prospective tenants Provide professional and friendly customer service during showings Office & Team Support Work from the PMI Cherry Creek office in Centennial as needed Work closely with the property management team to support day-to-day operations Maintain accurate notes, photos, and property updates Communicate clearly with tenants, vendors, and team members Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable driving throughout the Denver metro area Strong communication and organizational skills Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Basic handyman or property maintenance experience preferred Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and basic technology Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently Preferred Attributes Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors Problem-solver with good judgment Flexible and adaptable in a fast-moving environment Customer service mindset Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience Mileage reimbursement Paid time off and holidays Growth opportunities within a growing property management company About PMI Cherry Creek PMI Cherry Creek is a locally owned residential property management company serving the Denver metro area.
