Full Time The Provider Maintenance Manager leads a team responsible for the daily management of provider data, including onboarding, updates, and terminations. This role ensures data accuracy, integrity, and compliance while driving initiatives to improve provider experience and operational efficiency. The Manager oversees day-to-day operations, resolves escalations, monitors KPIs, and partners with cross-functional teams such as IT, Credentialing, Compliance, and Network Management. This position also leads strategic initiatives with external partners and vendors (including MDI), supports delegated roster management, and helps advance automation within the core provider data system.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead provider data operations with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency Monitor performance metrics, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement Support credentialing and delegated roster activities, including vendor oversight Collaborate across teams to implement provider data initiatives and optimize workflows Manage reporting, timelines, and stakeholder alignment Coach and develop team members, including vendor partners Ensure data integrity within the core system and provider directory Support change management, training, and additional operational needs as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; Business Management or related field preferred Master's degree in a related field is a plus 5-8 years of supervisory experience preferred Experience in Provider Network Management strongly preferred Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (SAS, SQL, Python, Excel, Access) preferred Minimum of 5 years in provider data management or healthcare operations Strong knowledge of provider data structures, systems, and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, NCQA) Proven analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated experience with process improvement initiatives Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Salary Range:
Minimum 37.60/hour - Maximum 62.08/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
