Position Overview:
Lead Maintenance Technician We are seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee and perform maintenance in our fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, leading maintenance initiatives, and supporting continuous improvement across the facility. ️ Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support maintenance team members Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines, fabrication equipment, and facility systems Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize production downtime Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies Partner with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation ✅ Qualifications Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Experience with CNC and metal fabrication equipment highly preferred Ability to diagnose complex equipment issues and drive solutions Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety ✅ Qualifications Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Experience with CNC and metal fabrication equipment highly preferred Ability to diagnose complex equipment issues and drive solutions Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety What We Offer - Total Rewards Package ✅ Annual bonus for ALL team members ✅ Annual wage increases to reward your dedication ✅ Competitive pay based on experience ✅ $2.50/hour shift premium for 2nd shift ✅ 11 paid holidays + 3 additional paid holiday break days ✅ Generous paid time off (vacation & flex time)
