Job Description

We are currently looking for a qualified Maintenance Supervisor for a company located in Beaufort, SC.
Pay:
$32.00/hr.
Schedule:
+ $160 weekly for being on call
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team Assign and prioritize work orders to ensure timely completion Perform and oversee repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and other building systems Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and implement maintenance schedules Oversee apartment make-readies and ensure units are prepared for new residents Respond to emergency maintenance requests and participate in the on-call rotation Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and property standards Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident maintenance concerns promptly and professionally Train, mentor, and support maintenance technicians to promote a safe and efficient work environment
Qualifications:
Previous apartment maintenance experience required Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and general building maintenance EPA Section 608 Certification preferred (or ability to obtain) Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and property maintenance standards Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to prioritize work orders and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Ability to use maintenance software, work order systems, and basic computer programs Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred #2653
