Job Duties and Responsibilities Check in and check out customers- looking for great communication and interpersonal skills Able to manage workflow, manage technicians and work with other employees Able to negotiate and order parts Able to use shop software to write up repair orders Clearly explain and sell needed repairs Must posses high level of self-confidence and be able to overcome objections Must posses strong decision-making ability Take care of all aspects of customer service Compensation and Benefits Monday through Friday - No weekends Competitive Pay, and generous Bonuses Friendly workplace Ongoing Training Programs Room for growth opportunities within the company Do you have what it takes to do the job?
