Job Description
Rolling Green Village is a not-for-profit retirement community with a 40 Year Track Record of Excellence. We are currently seeking hospitality minded full-time (Monday-Friday) Maintenance Supervisor . Candidates must have a desire to join a great team dedicated to providing outstanding care to our residents. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for performing, coordinating and supervising various aspects of general and preventative maintenance. We are looking for someone with at least 4 years of supervisory experience and experience in maintenance at commercial facilities, hospitals, schools, apartments or hotels. HVAC universal certification is a plus. Essential Job Duties Provide direction, supervision and discipline of maintenance mechanics Assist in troubleshooting more complex systems such as fire alarm, sprinkler system, boilers, HVAC equipment and electrical control system Ability to troubleshoot cause of electrical problems and make basic repairs such as resetting breakers and GFCI receptacles, changing out receptacles, lighting and fans.
