We are seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor to best steward and upkeep our equipment! We are accepting applications through December 1st, 2023. The Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor will create and execute systems around cleanliness, repairs, and overall preservation of the restaurant and equipment. They will work directly with the Operating Partner to ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly needs are completed and that our facilities are prepared to support the growth of the restaurant. The upkeep and cleanliness of our facility should be paired with a culture of care that is reflective of our purpose and values. Responsibilities:
Cultivating Vision Pursue and fulfill our purpose and organizational values by providing a high level of care for the restaurant Support the Operating Partner and Operational Directors by executing short and long-term goals for facilities and how that relates to the goals of the restaurant Ensuring Quality Constantly evaluate and improve our systems of maintenance and cleanliness to elevate the scalability of our rapidly growing business Support food safety initiatives by executing cleanliness standards and procedures such as food quality and health inspections Understand and uphold a positive culture of food safety in the restaurant Maintenance Develop checklists and systems to ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained to a high standard Find and fix safety hazards and ensure repairs are made in a timely manner Work with local vendors to ensure they supply correct parts and service Lead monthly equipment audits to determine equipment needs in the restaurant
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older High school degree or equivalent Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Availability:
Monday - Saturday open availability (typical work schedule would be 5 days/week) Typical schedule will vary working 8-10 hours/day to accommodate meetings, interviews and needs of the business, working 40-45 hours/week in total Flexible schedule to restaurant hours and needs, including weekends and holidays If you are a talented and motivated individual looking for an exciting opportunity in the food and beverage industry, apply now to join our team at Chick-fil-A!
