Responsibilities:
- Lead and improve preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance programs
- Oversee maintenance execution, reliability initiatives, and asset performance tracking
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement long-term corrective solutions
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and EHS to optimize equipment uptime
- Manage CMMS performance, spare parts control, and planning/scheduling systems
- Support capital project development, design reviews, and equipment installations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, API, ASME, ISO, and related industry standards
- Mentor and lead multidisciplinary maintenance and reliability personnel
- Facilitate PHAs and follow through on recommended actions
- Support sustainability, energy efficiency, and cost optimization projects
Qualifications:
- BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- 10+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing operations (chemical or related industry preferred)
- Proven expertise in reliability systems, maintenance management, and asset lifecycle optimization
- Proficiency with CMMS platforms and maintenance planning processes
