Shop Foreman

We're looking for a hands-on, organized, and dependable Shop Foreman to lead our maintenance operations and keep our fleet running safely and efficiently. If you take pride in your work, can lead a team, and know your way around truck repairs and shop management—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily shop operations, including scheduling and coordinating all truck and trailer repairs Manage parts inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure timely availability Supervise and support technicians, ensuring quality workmanship and productivity Maintain compliance with all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards Diagnose mechanical issues and assist with complex repairs when needed Track maintenance records and ensure accurate documentation Coordinate preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatch, and management regarding repair status

Qualifications:

Proven experience in diesel repair and shop management Strong leadership and team management skills Solid understanding of DOT compliance and safety regulations Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Experience with maintenance software is a plus
