$25-$35/hour What You'll Do Lead and oversee demolition projects from start to finish Supervise, assign, and support Technicians in daily field operations Prepare job sites, ensure proper equipment, and maintain safety compliance Communicate with customers and conduct site walkthroughs Monitor progress, document work, and manage job timelines and costs Coordinate with the Superintendent and keep leadership informed Maintain clean, organized, and secure job sites Travel out of town as required for project needs What You Bring Experience in asbestos abatement or disaster restoration (REQUIRED) 3+ years in a supervisory or trade-related role preferred Background in trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or similar (preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to stay organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Strong communication and professionalism with customers and team Valid driver's license required Ability and willingness to travel and work out of town when needed (REQUIRED) Ability to work in field-based, hands-on environments
