Job Description

Job Overview This is a hands-on role focused on keeping our mobile and heavy equipment running, supporting maintenance personnel, and managing priorities. Need an individual with a proactive maintenance mindset that will drive smart repairs, parts, and vendor decisions.

CAT 992, 990, 988
), CAT Excavators, Dozers, CAT Haul Trucks (i.e. 777), Forklifts, Bobcats, Quarry Drills, & Quarry Wire Saws, Compressors, Generators, and other equipment. Leads & Manages department personnel - Assigns tasks & projects, and completes top priority Work Orders with strong throughput Oversees Preventative Maintenance Program & ensures completion of Pre-Shift Inspections by Operators Internally focused value engineered solutions for maintenance-related costs & issues Maintains routine service schedules on all equipment Assists with the research, sourcing, & advisement on parts Maintains Part Inventory & performs cost effective part ordering with team Manages and completes work orders Completes special projects and Capital Installations when needed Troubleshoots electrical problems Requirements Well-rounded maintenance skills: electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical, and welding. Strong hands-on troubleshooting ability with mobile and heavy equipment. Comfortable leading people, setting priorities, and holding work accountable. Capable of lifting 75 lbs. Flexibility for occasional travel to address high-priority maintenance needs on a short-term basis. Operating experience is a plus. Knowledge of MSHA, OSHA, or other compliance regulations is a plus.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
