Billion Automotive, a family owned business since 1935, has built its name and reputation on customer satisfaction. We are a growing multi-state organization with more than 25 locations in South Dakota, Iowa, and Minnesota. Billion Auto is seeking a highly self-motivated, goal-orientated team player to join our team as a Service Manager! The service manager runs an efficient and profitable service department through productive staffing, customer retention, cost controls, achievement of objectives, and maintenance of all service records.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them
  • Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for service department
  • Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all service staff
  • Understands and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations
  • Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures
  • Address customer requests, questions, and concerns in a professional and prompt manner
  • Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 2 years' related manager experience
  • Proven track record of successful leadership experience
  • Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
  • Prior experience in automotive dealership
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Possess valid driver's license/acceptable driving record Qualifications
