Full-Time | Exempt | On-Call as Needed Are you a hands-on maintenance leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead plant reliability, equipment performance, and the development of a high-performing maintenance team. What You'll Do ? Lead all plant maintenance operations to maximize uptime, safety, and productivity ? Build, coach, and develop a skilled team of maintenance technicians ? Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs (PM/PdM) ? Oversee CMMS management, work orders, scheduling, and equipment reliability initiatives ? Drive continuous improvement, cost control, and operational efficiency ? Partner with production and leadership teams to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation ? Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance best practices What We're Looking For ? 10+ years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience ? 7+ years of technical maintenance leadership experience ? Strong background in mechanical and electrical systems ? Experience with CMMS, preventive maintenance, and reliability programs ? Proven ability to lead teams, drive change, and solve complex problems ? Strong communication and organizational skills ? High School Diploma or GED required Why Join Us? Pay Details:
$28.00 to $35.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
