Our client, a leading industrial manufacturing organization, is seeking a Crew Supervisor II to join their team. As a Crew Supervisor II, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting electrical, mechanical, and production teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
Days, Nights (42 hour) What's the Job? Supervise electrical craft, mechanical craft, and production employees within the department, providing maintenance guidance and support. Offer technical maintenance support for assigned areas, troubleshooting issues and developing effective solutions. Coordinate repairs with customers to ensure minimal equipment downtime and optimize operational efficiency. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and engage in safety, quality, and process enhancements. Respond to critical maintenance situations on-call, ensuring swift resolution and minimal impact on production. What's Needed? Hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience within an industrial environment. Supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or maintenance setting. Knowledge of hydraulics and PLC troubleshooting is highly desirable. Ability to work flexible shifts, including days and nights, on a 2/3/3/2 pattern.
