Education:
High school diploma or GED required. Technical training or trade certification(s) preferred.
Experience:
Three to five years of progressively responsible facilities maintenance experience. Experience supervising maintenance staff. Experience working in a nonprofit organization, healthcare, shelter, residential facility, or victim services program preferred.
Skills/Abilities:
Experience managing contractors and service vendors. Experience using computerized maintenance management or work order/ticketing systems. Ability to perform physical requirements of the position (

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in a confidential residential environment. Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles preferred. Knowledge or Certification(s): Working knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general construction. Knowledge of OSHA regulations, building codes, and safety compliance. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required. Commercial maintenance certification(s) preferred. Knowledge of ADA accessibility standards, emergency preparedness, or physical security systems is preferred. Partnership for Families, Children & Adults is a Tennessee Drug-Free Workplace.
