Job Description
The company is a leading global supplier of interior and coated exterior systems and components. With a track record of over 100+ years across multiple continents and over 10,000 team members manufacturing the latest interior and exterior components for the world's leading automotive manufacturers. The position reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for:
- Leading 4 Maintenance Supervisors and 1 Controls Supervisor
- Managing a maintenance organization of 29 employees
- Driving reliability, predictive and preventative maintenance initiatives
- Supporting capital projects and plant improvements
- Leading maintenance strategy for a fast-paced automotive manufacturing operation The company is especially interested in leaders with:
- Paint/coatings manufacturing experience
- Reliability and PM/PdM expertise
- Automotive manufacturing experience
- Robotics or injection molding exposure
