Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance
  • 3rd Shift for a direct hire opportunity in a manufacturing environment in Fayetteville, TN.
This full-time night shift role is ideal for a skilled multi-craft maintenance professional who can troubleshoot complex equipment issues, support production uptime, and provide technical leadership to maintenance team members. This position offers the opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role where your mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and troubleshooting expertise will directly impact operational performance. The work environment values safety, teamwork, clear communication, continuous improvement, and dependable leadership. You will serve as a key technical resource across the shift while helping drive preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, and reliable work execution. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation work on production and facility equipment.
  • Lead 3rd shift maintenance work execution, ensuring repairs, documentation, and communication are completed accurately.
  • Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC motors, pumps, sumps, gearboxes, hydraulic units, drives, lift trucks, machinery, and industrial equipment.
  • Support failure reporting, root cause analysis, reliability improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, ladder logic, electrical specifications, and equipment drawings.
  • Train, support, and provide direction to maintenance team members while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay:
    $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Job Type:
    Direct hire, full time.
  • Schedule:
    Sunday through Thursday, 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
  • Shift:
    3rd shift / night shift.
  • Location:
    Fayetteville, TN.
