Maintenance Director Avondale Health and Rehabilitation Center
  • Humboldt, TN Full-Time | Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care Avondale Health and Rehabilitation Center is a seeking a skilled and proactive to lead our maintenance team in Humboldt, Tennessee .
In this role, you will oversee all aspects of facility upkeep, safety, and compliance, ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in facilities management or maintenance supervision preferably in long term care Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, and general repair work Leadership and team management skills Excellent problem solving skills, organizational skills, and communication skills Knowledge of safety regulations
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all maintenance operations, including preventative maintenance and repairs Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff within department Conduct routine inspections of building systems, equipment, and grounds Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Plan and execute capital improvement projects and renovations as needed Maintain maintenance records, inventory of supplies, and equipment logs Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers as needed Respond promptly to emergency maintenance situations within facility Collaborate with facility leadership to develop and implement facility policies and procedures related to maintenance and safety of the facility Why Join Avondale Health and Rehabilitation Center?
