NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENT
Minimum FIVE (5) YEARS of successful automotive service management experience in aFRANCHISE NEW-CAR DEALERSHIP.

You understand the entire machine: Appointment Write-Up Dispatch Diagnosis Authorization Parts Production QC Delivery You know what's in your shop, why it's there, what it's waiting on, who's responsible for the next step — and you make things move. You understand technician productivity, efficiency, dispatch, shop capacity, HPRO, ELR, gross profit, CSI, customer retention and repair-order cycle time.Most importantly, you understand that
