West Knoxville (Karns & Hardin Valley area)
Hours:
Full-time, ~40 hours/week
Pay:
$20+/hr (based on experience)

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable crew member to join our team. This role combines lawn care and landscaping tasks to help maintain and enhance our clients' properties.
Responsibilities:
Lawn Care:
Mowing lawns efficiently and safely Trimming grass around trees, fences, and hard-to-reach areas Edging along sidewalks, driveways, and flower beds Blowing debris from driveways, sidewalks, and landscaped areas
Landscaping:
Installing mulch and pinestraw Trimming and shaping bushes and hedges Weeding flower beds and landscaped areas Performing other general landscaping tasks as needed
Work Conditions:
Outdoor work in all weather conditions (cold mornings, hot and humid days) Physically demanding tasks requiring stamina and cardio Lifting and carrying heavy materials such as mulch, pinestraw, and landscaping supplies
Qualifications:
Previous lawn care or landscaping experience required (1+ years) Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Reliable transportation to job sites Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks •
CREW LEAD MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE RUNNING A CREW AND USING COMMERCIAL EQUIPMENT
