We are seeking a talented and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to work directly for our client at their LaVergne facility. This is a direct hire role — you'll be part of the client's team from day one, enjoying great pay, benefits, and room to grow.

What You'll Do:
Lead, coach, and mentor the maintenance team Drive improvements in equipment reliability and plant uptime Oversee preventive maintenance programs (SAP PM/CMMS) Manage budgets and spare parts inventory Lead root cause analysis and lead corrective actions Ensure safe and compliant maintenance operations Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, and Purchasing to meet goals
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field 3-7 years of relevant maintenance, reliability engineering, or manufacturing leadership experience Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Proficiency with SAP PM or similar CMMS software Demonstrated problem-solving and leadership abilities Strong communication and collaboration skills Ready for your next step?
